Last week I had the opportunity to interview fiction writer, teacher and critic, Tegan Bennett Daylight on Geelong’s Community radio 94.7 The Pulse thanks to my good friend Bernard Ryan who runs the weekly books programme, The Blurb. Counter intuitively the interview opens with the music of Swan Lake.

Tegan is the author of three novels: Bombora, What Falls Away and Safety, as well as several books for children and teenagers. I spoke to her mostly about her excellent collection of short stories, Six Bedrooms, which was published by Random House in July 2015.
